Perry S. Long

Perry has been selling real estate since 1972. He specializes in the sale of large tracts of land for residential and industrial development throughout Eastern Pennsylvania and New Jersey. He has been responsible for the sale of many of the largest development tracts in the Lehigh Valley including many multi-million dollar sales. Earlier in his career, he was active in selling farms and country estates but for the past 20 years he has focused on the sale of development land and industrial property. Recently, Perry specialized as a buyer’s broker doing site acquisitions for large well capitalized clients doing site searches in target areas. He has also closed many transactions involving 1031 exchanges as well as a reverse exchange. In the past few years, he has been involved in several mergers and acquisitions with companies who were looking to acquire a company to expand their market area and has worked with privately-owned companies to assist their owners with retirement goals.

Perry is a past president of the Whitehall Exchange Club, where he was involved with the production of the Miss Lehigh Valley Pageant--a preliminary contest to the Miss America pageant. He was also a member of the Whitehall Industrial Development Authority and currently serves as a member of the Lynn Township Planning Commission. In addition, Perry is a past board member and deacon of Jacob’s Church.

Perry lives on the family farm where the entire family is involved in equestrian activities. He is the support staff and cheerleader for his daughter who is very involved in Gymkhana events and who has become a champion Barrel Racer.
